Meet our team of expert technicians.
Shop Foreman
Brandon is a gifted technician that has been with the European AutoHaus family since day one in 2005. 18 years ago we opened our doors and Brandon’s skill and influence has helped us shape the core of our business. His keen car knowledge runs in his blood. His grandfather, a technician himself, let Brandon follow him around the shop and allowed set him on a course to being a skilled, master-technician. Brandon’s favorite part of his career is taking his skills and knowledge and passing it down to young and new technicians.
Shop Foreman
Jesse's passion for German engineering began at age 14 when he started working on his mom's 1983 VW Rabbit convertible, which later became his first car. Since then, he has owned VW, Audi, BMW, Porsche, Mercedes, and MINI vehicles. His first job was at an independent shop, where he quickly became the top technician and shop foreman due to his dedication and drive to constantly evolve.
Jesse loves being a leader in the industry, learning new things daily, and sharing his knowledge and skills with others. The ever-changing technology and new challenges in the automotive world are what drive him.
In his free time, Jesse enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, camping, hunting, fishing, and being active outdoors, as well as working on cars.
Master Technician
David was born to be a technician. His grandmother co-owned a repair shop and his grandfather was a technician and inventor. From age 12 he helped there after school and in the summer. In high school he followed this thread and took automotive repair classes. He received his California Smog Inspector and Repair license by age 18. David was then a Master ASE Certified by age 20! When he was older he managed his grandmother’s second repair shop location. EAH is thankful for his experience and passion for the industry. He said that he knows he made the right decision coming to Spokane from Phoenix and has found EAH to be one of the best teams he has worked with. David takes incredible pride in his work. He is meticulous about what he does to ensure your car is back on the road and safe to drive.
Technician
Ian is another valued member of our team. Ian grew up around cars (German cars specifically) and helped his dad on his tracked prepped Porsches. Starting back in 2006, Ian was a lot attendant and has worked at various car repair shops. His extensive car experience ranges from Ford to Ferrari. Ian enjoys working on German vehicles the most and has enjoyed being a part of European AutoHaus.
Technician
Garrett's passion for motorsports and cars guided him to a career in the automotive industry. Starting as an Apprentice Technician at an Audi dealership, he quickly found his niche. Today, his favorite part of his job is seeing, working on, and driving all the cars he admired as a kid.
Lead Parts Advisor
Aaron graduated from SCC with a degree in Computer Network Engineering in 2003. Immediately after college, he took a temporary job as a parts delivery driver at Lighthouse, a small import auto parts store. Within a year, he was promoted to the parts counter, where he honed his skills and built a strong foundation in the auto parts industry. After nearly a decade at Lighthouse, he joined EuroPro as their Parts Manager. There, he expanded his role to include writing estimates and managing the parts inventory, leveraging his computer skills and attention to detail to become an accurate estimator.
Recently, he has embraced a new opportunity at European AutoHaus, where he serves as the Parts Lead. He has become a key component of our outstanding team. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors and caring for his cats.
Lead Service Advisor
Joel keeps the ship sailing smoothly here at EAH as our Lead Service Advisor. While only officially starting in the industry in 2021, he has been around cars his whole life. Joel knows the heart of EAH and has worked at the business in a variety of roles. Being Greg’s First (well, technically 4th) Mate, Joel has gained an extensive amount of car and car repair knowledge over the years. Joel loves learning alongside his dad to solve unique car concerns for customers like you. When asked what his favorite part about his current position is how fast paced it can be along with sharing his knowledge with the customer about their car. When Joel is not on the clock you can find him swabbing the deck on his sailboat or shredding some gnar up on the mountain.
Service Manager
The man…the myth…the MULLET. Dee Jones has grown into an integral member of the European AutoHaus family.
After serving as a Communication Technician in the Marine Corps, Dee transitioned to the automotive industry in 2006 after attending Wyotech in West Sacramento. He began a career at an Acura dealership before moving on to BMW, gaining extensive experience at two different dealerships. After a brief stint at a Toyota dealership, Dee relocated to Spokane, where he spent 10 years as the Shop Foreman at a local BMW dealership.
Dee takes great pride in work, finding joy in assisting both customers and technicians. He is especially pleased to be working for a locally owned and operated business, which aligns with Dee's values and passion for supporting the community.
Shop Founder
Greg is our Papa Doc! EAH would not exist without his hardwork and dedication to the craft of auto repair. His father did most of his own repair work and inspired Greg to continue to grow and learn. Greg started out in 1979 at a small, independent Audi/VW repair shop owned by two German brothers. Encouraged by their business model and love for European cars, Greg and his wife Jeanna brought European AutoHaus to life in Spokane in 2005. Greg’s love for God, family, and people has created a business that cares for its customers and their vehicles.
Owner
Justin’s automotive passion blossomed during his upbringing, particularly through his affection for German vehicles (thanks dad!), notably his Audi Q5, which he aims to drive to 300k miles. With a robust background in management and team leadership, Justin is committed to embodying and advocating for effective leadership. His unwavering pursuit involves continuous self-improvement, aspiring to support and foster growth for both employees and customers alike. His immersion in EAH cultivated a deep interest in refining service processes. Justin is dedicated to perfecting our operations and systems here at EAH. Outside of work, Justin has an adventurous spirit. He pursues thrill-seeking activities such as dirt biking, snowboarding, and engaging in physically demanding challenges like running 30-mile races. When he’s not thrill-seeking he can be found enjoying time with family, his fiance Hannah, and their two dogs Marley “Chunkers” and Abby “Abber Zabbers”. He humorously endeavors to motivate Zak toward fitness—an endeavor that remains his one true failure, much to their shared amusement.

Zak brings a wealth of experience from the dealership industry, having held diverse roles across multiple dealerships. Additionally, he served as a sales representative, consulting with dealerships and independent shops, where he honed his expertise in parts and service. He is driven by a constant pursuit of knowledge and growth in this field. In collaboration with Justin, Zak pursued their shared vision of revolutionizing corporate business practices. Their ambition led to an opportunity in 2023 to substantiate their vision here at EAH. They aim to continue the established culture that prioritizes people over profit and emphasizes quality over speed. Outside of work, Zak cherishes time with his family and friends. They can often be found camping, playing board games, enjoying various sports together, or snuggled up for a movie night.
